Help car reving like crazy!!!!!!!!!!

Alright guys im really worried i sqrewed something up! Alright i installed my new agp wga and i took it out for the 20 mile break in! Well when i thought i had enough miles i got on it and it spiked to like 25 so i let off real quick. im assuming that made my vac line to the wga pop off or it was off before that but either way it was off when i popped the hood! heres where i get to the problem. On the way back the car wont stop reving high as hell! Like 2000 rpms and its keeping the boost almost at zero. What the hell did i do to the car? Oh yea this just happened and i cant tell but it almost seems like my intercooler hose coming off the turbo is off. Would that make the car rev like crazy?

i didnt really notcie! If it bogged. I just got home and shut it off! But im def hearing air. It could be a vac line or something to that affect. Would that make it rev high?

oh man do i hope its only that! From over boosting, could i of popped a head gasket or blown the motor? Would that make it oevr rev?

i dont know anything about sr4's, but if my car has a vac leak, it idles high, and bogs under boost. could be a ic coupler too.. wait till the morning when its light out and just go over all your vac lines and ic couplers. dont get all worked up, its probably nothing serious.

thanks guys! all it was, was a vac line! ahhhhhhhhhhh i really thought i f-ed something up this time!

Oh and on the side note. The guy last night with the red civic si new body style, your so lucky i didnt know what was wrong with my car or i would of toor you a new a hole! Well anyways thanks again!

imo i think one of ur vac lines is off...when i blow ic pipes, my car doesn't want to run at all, it will stall out, have no power, and wont rev past 3000

SRT's are different. I was driving around without the green line hooked up to my turbo, And the pink line was off the surge.

Just to make things clear, you can still drive a SRT4 with the intercooler pipe off because of where the maf is located. A lot of other turbo cars have the maf before the turbo, which would pretty much make them unable to run. This is also why you can put a srt to atmosphere so easily without running rich
