Or they should collect everything then build one badass car. Then they can plant an undercover cop in the street racing scene with a badass car. he can win lots of races and make lots of money then use all that to support the police rather than giving out BS tickets that have no puspose other than money for the police!

another good idea would be to plant the civics and have sick surveillance on them, and catch more people stealing cars so the true honest enthusiasts arent raped? lol, nah lets just crush em

thats BS. they crash all cars that are use for street racing out there, not just stolen ones. that law was set about a year or two ago.
there is no way anybody is gonna crush my car bcause i was street racing. i would never let it happen.

They have that---its called baitcar.... they set up the cars with cameras in them--- let people steal em then remotely shut them down....its awesome to see people freak out hahaha i have no sympathy for these ****s....
