He actually seems like a pretty cool guy who knows his ****. As it turns out, has a SERIOUS obsession with people who pay to have work done to their cars more than with people who have their cars bought for them.

I tried telling my brother, who is good friends with him that I agree with Macho 110% that people who have their cars bought for them are sub human. However, the mannor in which Macho made the VERY bold accusation that every member of TST falls into this class was over-the-line.

Also I tried saying telling my brother that not everyone has the common sense to do their own wrenching, but to no use. I think my Bro is Sack Riding Macho.

BTW: My brother wrecked his Gsr, in 2 weeks Macho Caged it, swapped out trannies, started a CF front end, TBIed it, did a custom coilover setup, and beefed up the trans axles & added slicks.

maybe macho builds his own cars and maybe he's great at it, but his people skills suck my left nut and we're really not interested in having people like that around here, its just totally unacceptable.

Oh no, I agree that hes a D-bag.

I was just saying that I tried to figure out what his deal is through my brother who knows him well. All I discovered was that hes excellent with a wrench, shares the same ideas as most of us, but gets along better with VTEC engines than live people.

lol I dont know what happened, I just know that hes got several turbo cars, his CRX runs 12's im told.

My brother also told me that he was PISSED off at our mastery of the English language, Grammer and abilities to point out his short commings in them lol.

hes still a douche for saying what he said. its perfectly OK that some families buy their kids nice cars. its when these kids go and start talking **** left and right thinking they are better than 100% of others, it gets bad

I think familes can buy their kids New neons, Civics, Scions, Celicas, etc. Thats considered a gift that a student can use as transportation.

When families buy their kids SRT4's, Supras, C5+ Vettes, STi's, WRX's, Etc. and the kids drive around acting like they are the total shiznit then they are the D-bag's.

makes sense, but hes as big a d-bag as them for accusing EVERYONE on this site of being spoiled. I really think this should get locked. I dont care if my best friend's dad buys him a veyron, as long as hes not a dick about it saying "you with your bucket ass civic" (in a serious manner), hes still cool. The car doenst make the driver, the driver makes the car.

Yes, but like myself, im sure others really dont care about him. If you want to be his friend, power to you; if you agree and we dont, so what. TST is just a club and a board, not life. If I took the stuff said here seriously, I wouldnt be sitting here typing right now, but would be out hunting. Point is, he ****ed up, as we all do, but he ****ed up to a LOT of people with his very biased opinion.

I don't car if he singlehandedly patched together the Titanic and raised it with a 2JZ and the ability to run 9's he came in here like an ass not having a clue what he was talking about.
