I need your opinions on an ebay matter.

Ok, so I found window assemblies for my car on ebay, both sides, and I need them. I sent the guy a message and asked if he'd be willing to take them off ebay and sell them to me directly. He said that we could work something out. Well the deal we came to was that I'd pay him $80 shipped for both, and he would ship them monday (12/10/06). (this was on saturday(12/9/06) we came to the agreement) I sent him the money through pay pal on saturday evening. He has a good rating, 100% on ebay, and I assumed he could be trusted. Well, monday rolled around, I heard nothing from him. I got a hold of him on tuesday and he said he was really busy with work and would ship them wednesday because he had off. Well I still havn't heard back from him yet with any shipping information or anything. Do you think I should just make a claim with pay pal now to get my money back? Or do you think I should wait it out because I REALLY need these, and he DOES have a good rating. Opinions?

ok well now he gave me a tracking number, but I dont know what company its for? lol. 0306 1070 0000 6346 8202 any ideas who thats for?

Don't know if this link will work but it was accepted with www.usps.com. Fedex didn't bring up anything so usps is guess / bet.
