Sure thing...I actually changed a few things since it first happened, and now I'm 100% sure becuse everything should be here this week.
The list is as follows.

DSS Racing Forged Shortblock
Ported and Polished Heads (Thanks to Suttonhp)
CompCams blower cams.
Paxton Novi 2200 Intercooler Kit
Spec Stage 3 Clutch
Spec Aluminum Flywheel
BMR Box Frame Connectors
60# Fuel Injectors
Autolite HT0 Colder Spark Plugs

And some other misc stuff lol.

The original goal after the engine first blew was to safely have about 500 rhwp with the new block, w/o an intercooler. Now that I also needed at least 1 complete head, and work done on the other, I figured I'd just do it right and buy all new, port and polished heads and compcams...
Also, now that an intercooler is going to be in it, as well as the frame connectors, and the 60# injectors, which none were in the 1st idea, the goal now is to have a safe, and I stress SAFE tune, as close to 600rwhp as possible or more depending on how things seem to be handling it.

I was running only 10lbs of boost before...however, the cams themselves add power, and now that the heads are ported, the 10# pulley really won't be giving me 10lbs of boost anymore...so I plan on going with anywhere from 10-14lbs of boost...again, if 10lbs give's me 600rwhp, then thats fine...if I need 12lbs, then so be it.

So, that's what I'm looking at...and Oh, the car should be done in the next 2 weeks, granted all the parts arrive on time.

You should be able to go higher than 12 psi with that setup and supercharger, safe. what compression? Now get researching on rear suspension, wheels and rubber (im sure you have).

Compression is 8.4:1 for the block...however... with the ported heads, that MAY drop a little more. Might need to get a smaller head gasket to up the compression if its too low.

The port on the intake runners will not effect your SCR. The blower cams will however effect your DCR with the different vavle events.

If the combustion chambers are stock as well as the head gaskets the SCR won't be effected as compared to a factory head.

wow never heard of trying to up compression on a FI car...
and thats great news that it'll be finished so quickly. it'll be JUST too late for the charity dyno day on june 25th, but thats ok, there will be another chance.
