motorcycle license plate placement?
I was wondering what the Delaware laws are for placement of the license plates. (picture to clarify at bottom) does it have to be under the brake lights, does it have to be horizontal, can it be vertical, can it be attached to the swingarm? also was wondering if I can remove the turn signals from the rear of the bike? I have a integrated sequential taillight that has turn signals built in.

You won't be bothered as long as it's clearly visible. Some people tuck them under the rear fender in front the tire, blocking view. They get stopped.
