Question for The_204: Parking
Hey, we've talked before and I know you live in my area so you are the best person to answer my question. I pulled out of my garage on W. 24th st and forgot something in my house so I parked along the side of the street. As you probably know W. 24th in front of the Dollar Store leads from a parking lot into the street which is a one way, but used to be a 2 way street so it's rather large. The officer drove up the wrong way and parked his car in the same direction as mine outside my house and gave me a ticket for parking opposing traffic.
Can officers break the law to enforce a parking violation?
