Plead not guilty and ask the cop for 31 11a it's a failure to obey a traffic ordinance device. No points just a fine. What was the ticket for?

If you got caught doing something and were given a ticket, I highly doubt a lawyer will get you out of it since its your word against a swore officer. Your best bet is to pled not guilty and talk to the officer and ask if he can change it to a non-points violation and you have no issue with paying.

As long as it wasn't anything too serious and you don't have a ton of stuff on your record already they will typically work with you.

Bad buncha tix, very serious, maybe a lawyer can get em thrown out. I was not there but got tickets in the mail someone borrowed my car, called her and she was not pulled over but saw lights, so they never saw the driver

Moving violations should be in the drivers name, not the car owners name. I could see you being responsible for parking tickets and such. I think your friend isn't being truthful. Story just doesn't sound right. I would post this in the Ask the Law section. I'm curious to what they say myself.

Agreed hoping the lawyer can get it down since reasonable doubt is there, lots of people have access to my car.

I already psoted in ATL, they said its odd that they sent the tix, I am thinking to scare the driver, but I am not gonna say who it was if they ask, since it is so bad... loss of drivign for 6 mos.

If its just moving violations, just plead not guilty and go to court.

My last 6 speeding tickets were all dropped to 5mph over, no points.

Its all about the $$$$$$.

This is why I have trusthworthy friends. People who would own up to a traffic violation and pay it. Let this be a lesson not to let anyone drive your car.

What in gods name were they doing that warranted that many points?

If anybody needs a GREAT traffic lawyer in NJ or PA, you can shoot me a PM. Speeding, reckless driving, street racing; don't want it on your record or be stuck with the points? no problem. Don't pay ridiculous insurance surcharges for the next few years if you don't have to.

The tix for the driver were speeding 115 mph in 55, Wreckless, no turn signals and tailgating

Lol, why in gods name would you let anyone drive your car that drives like that? That kind of driving behavior is how people die....
