Last week, I was coming home on Belmont Ave in a school zone with the 15 mph lights on. Outta nowhere two people blew right past me in the school zone with no regard for the lights. Is this the type of situation to get their plates down and report them?

No wouldnt do any good.. cop has to be there and see it happen
