Pulled Over for 50 in a 45 zone

The ticket says 50 in a 45 but it say acctual times 76.5. Should i fight it because it also has the date Equip Tested as 10/05/05. Is there a law that says it has to be tested every 3 months? Therefore i wouldnt have to pay a thing?

Thanks for anyhelp
