hello. No jail time or anything of the sort... here is a quicky version.

i am 17 at first and then turn 18 in the middle at the time.. buyer is 15 or 16. boy contacts me asking for nitrous chargers.. i go to a local kitchen store buy them for around 60 dollars for 60 cartridges.. i also sell him some glass bowls and bubblers. he pays me 1300 via paypal.

this happened in december. tonight his parents call me demanding i pay 1300 by saturday or they will call the FBI and paypal for fraud. what am i to do?!

Tell them you no nothing of it. And tell them to call the FBI so they can be laughed at. Thats what i would do. And just say the bubblers were for tobacco use only not intended for anything else

yea for real dude, dont be worried. you sold LEGAL products, and he told you he was not a minor. and he was. he lied. its the internet, u cant tell how old someone is. NOW unless he has IM's saved with you explaining use of the bubblers and bowls, and nitrous, then thats a whole different story. Think back, if u told him what the "peices" and nitrous were for.

that is my only issue. his dad says he Logged all conversations.. and some were less than legal. i dont believe them though.. he is a liar..

NO PROBLEM someone stole ur AIM name. I just checked my AIM acct and it doest keep your IP address. that would be the OLNY way to prove its you. I would deny till you die. Im not sure that would hold up in the courts anyways. The only way to prove it was you is if he had raw tcp/ip logs that had ur AIM acct with IP address which i doubt he has those. Any other network guys agree with me on this one?
Oh one more thing tell this idiot to keep his paypal acct info away from his kid.. thats what this sounds like. Plus where is a 15 year old coming up with that much doe?

If he has logs of u discussing illegal activities it would not be good. I am not sure about internet logs but as for phone recordings you have to get the persons permission to record them unless ur the police of coarse. So if he tires to pull that you are ok. If you think ur fine turn it back on him tell him that you feel you are being harassed and you will contact the authorities if nessecary.

internet logs dont hold up in court....period, i know from someone elses experience due to the fact the truth can be altered with a push of a few keys.

Ultimately, this is the problem with dealing in this kind of stuff and doing business with these kind of people.

Give him the money and hopefully this goes away. Otherwise, you will be out a lot more than that after it is all said and done.

It's definiltely not worth having this on your record. This sort of stuff will haunt you for the rest of your life.
