autozone doesn't carry one. Snap-on and Matco carry them but their something like $200-400. Theres a write up on 2gnt.com on how to modify a drill press to work.

Are you replacing valve stem seals or something? The ones I have the head has to be off the car.

yeah the valve seals and the head is off.
