my questions are is a permit valid out of state? and if i get pulled over around here after dark is it a point violation or a fine and do i risk losing my normal license? |

1505. Learner's permits.
(C) Operation of motorcycle - A motorcycle learner's permit entitles the person to whom it is issued to operate a motorcycle only between sunrise and sunset and, except for a driver licensed to drive another class of vehicle, only while under the instruction and immediate supervision of a licensed motorcycle operator. Motorcycle learners shall not carry any passenger other than an instructor properly licensed to operate a motorcycle. I see nothing that says you can't ride out of state but after dark is covered.. I can't find what the penalty is if your found to be operating after dark. Most likly you will be denied a motorcycle license
