Anyone using Google Calendar?
I use Gmail and like it a lot... just gave the Google Calendar a try too and it seems pretty nice. Wondering if anyone else uses it for two reasons. First is just to see if you like it personally and how you make the most of it, and second is if there are enough people using it we can start a TST Google Calendar so each of you can easily integrate it into your own and see all the upcoming events there.

i use outlooks and msn's calendar.
It'd be cool to create a tst calendar where certain users could request setting a date for a meet or such, and then it gets added to the calendar. then on top of that personal users could have their own "personal view" of the calendar where they can put their own stuff (very much like in outlook) |

well it wouldnt integrate into the forum calendar we are using now unfortunately, but that woudl be amazing. what we could do is set up an independant tst google calendar though, which you could add to your list of public calendars, and then it would display in your own personal schedule if you wanted it to, or you could turn it off.
kinda neat, but its the sort of thing that will only benefit more with the more people who use it.

anything better that you prefer? i'm in need of a calendar or organizer thats at my fingertips pretty regularly, but i hvaent taken the plunge on a PDA yet. i'm at my computer a lot so an internet based program like this i thought would be good, but its my first day so i'm still snooping around and feeling it out.

I use Google Calendar to sync all my calendar's together. I have my home PC, Laptop and exchange email all sync. This way if I put something into my phone, it fills all the calendars.
edit - HAHA I just realized that this thread is ancient. I was looking at the similar threads at the bottom and just thought I'd give my .02, albeit a little late.

this is something we've looked into in the past without coming up with anything, but i'd love to look into it again. either integrate the vb calendar into the google calendar, or replace the vb calendar with a standalone google calendar... i dont know.

Sadly, this thread is over a year old, and I still have never heard of google calendar. Maybe I will download it, and see how it is?

We could have a google calender we share and people can add it and see the events. I am sure there is a way to sync it alot more people are using it since you first posted it.
