E-Brake hanging up - adjustment?

I just finished installing new rotors/pads on my susters 2.5rs and now the parking brake is hanging up. What should I check? Anyone have a chiltons manual picture of how the internal drum should look? I had a hell of a time trying to get the arrow head nail and spring back on... Maybe they aren't aligned properly?

wow i just did ebrakes on the STi rear end i swapped on this weekend. you only need a needlenose pliers to disassemble and reassemble the entire ebrake assembly, but it is a bitch with all of those springs. its possible that it wasnt assembled correctly so you could check that, i know i had to be careful to get the pads to sit in the correct position, which was more or less centered and aligned on the guides.
another possibility is if she went from old worn down pads to new ones, the extra thickness of the pads might just need to be adjusted. they can be adjusted at the hub using the sprocket looking thing at the bottom of either hub, or you can adjust from behind the ebrake handle by finding the nut that threads on tighter or looser to... tighten or loosen the cable.
