First of all, id like to thank some of the TST folk for suggesting i just go and "fight" the ticket.
This morning i had court. The judge finaly shows up and about 15-20 of us criminals enter the court followed by an anterage of troopers, county police and investigators. I did not see the trooper that gave me the ticket. One trooper started a conversation with me and eventualy asks what im doing there. he said he knew the trooper who ticketed me and went out to call him. He enters with his cell phone talking to trooper ****** and tells me he will be also representing the troopers in my case. He asked my if 60 in a 55mph is OK

....So no points and minimal fine, although i did promise to donate the money saved to a charity.

awesome. i had something like that happen to me in limmrick. what was the original charge? and what turbo is that? you got everything pictured there(up/dp/wg)?

Damn your lucky, I just got a 75mph in a 50mph zone, I am going to fight that **** lol...BTW what was the orginial ticket you got cited?

if the cop doesnt show up i thought the charges drop?

Yea i got lucky about a month ago i had court to fight a ticket for 88 in a 55 (I-95 at like 1030 at night on a weekday wasnt any traffic) and got it dropped to 5 over no points with a minimal fine also. It really cant hurt to fight it the charges can only go down not up.

weird thats nothing how my court works. we all sit in the court untill the procecuter walks in and talks for like 20 mins. he calls up each person individually and talks to them one on one. then he says what you "did" to the judge, the judge asks if its true and thats that.
