ah ok because my directions say, US-13 South toward Tullytown/Bristol I know where that's at, then they it says turn right onto Levittown PKWY, Make U-Turn at Levittown CTR Onto Levittown PKWY, I never seen a U-turn when I passed it to go to my aunt's

well, that is also correct, but not necessary. there is an entrance off the parkway, but the one on 13 i think would be easier.
