Point is it does get dangerous because these idiots fly in the parking lot where we have kids (2-5 years old) there.

If you ask me it's really no place for young kids but I'm not the parent so it's not my call. I agree kids or not the ideal thing is to keep it safe for everyone. But if people aren't going to stand up to it when it happens then people will keep doing it because they think it's acceptable.

This isn't true at all... Some of you act as if the local police department isn't aware that there is a meet this size there every Sunday.

The simple thing is: This is a public meet on public property. This is a BIG weekly meet. As it gets bigger, your going to get more idiots, and more attention from police, and neither are going to "go away" ever, its that simple.
No I ment no calling giving police plate numbers or anything like that. They obviously know about it cause they were there last night. I didnt say kick them out just ask them to leave. Its not that hard to abide by the rules and just respect each other. There's a time and a place for everything.

Plate doesn't mean anything either. Who's to say I don't like a car there and report they are doing burn outs? In the end tere is no proof. At most a cop could make a report and that's it.

True story, about 10-14 years ago I was in the car with my brother... We were in his Probe, and he was speeding around town. His cell started to ring and he answered, and it was a police officer saying someone reported his license plate and asked if he was on 202 driving through traffic (which we were)... My brother just said "no, I don't know what your talking about" and the police officer just said thanks, and hung up.

I think u guys should get a group of people to block one side off next week and have a way in/out so everyone is stopped and told the rules and if they don't like it then to be asked to leave. Plates won't catch them and u dong want the cops involved bc then they will stop the meet bc it's getting out of control. There's a lot of new people and they just need to kno the rules and how the meets are run, IMO. U can't kick someone out of a public place and if they are ignored or said something to then they won't come back.

Special thanks to the hick with the diesel truck that decided to smoke people out as he was driving by. Don't you have a sister or cousin that your supposed to **** on Sunday nights?

I didn't do a burnout Jay. I was out of the parking lot and when I left I gave it some good gas, definitely not enough to do a burn out.

As for rt 1, thats something I made a mistake years ago, and knew immediately what a foolish thing I did. We live and learn.

I didn't even know that was you there with that nice yellow corvette. I was looking for the owner, but when I was checking it out no one came to say anything. Not a big deal - I wouldn't have recognized you anyway. I had nothing against you for what has happened in the past between you, your bestfriend, and his wife/now your wife. I sure as hell wasn't involved. I have no idea why you would like to try to pick a fight here. Just seems weird.

Never did anything to you. There is no reason for you to start stuff with me is all I'm saying.

If you didn't do a burnout.. my bad. Sounded like it from where I was. Cops came literally right after you guys left though. Might of just been bad timing/loud exhaust. I assumed a burnout with the amount of noise and your car didn't 'move' nearly as fast as I expected... I thought you were literally on WOT.

I've never had any issues with you. Only met you once so I never got to know you at all. I've always said that you did good work and I've even told people to check you out to get work done.

My car sounds like it's doing a burnout when I turn sharply with any little bit of gas lol ;)

The simple thing is: This is a public meet on public property.
Unfortunately, this is not public property - it is owned by DDR Corp. Has anyone contacted their property manager to coordinate these meets? If not, you can contact them here:
www.ddr.com/listings/default.aspx?pn=30446

It might be best to get their cooperation before a single individual does something that causes the property owners to have everyone cited and banned from using their lot.

I only share this advice since it has helped me coordinate events elsewhere in the past. Getting the owner's buy-in also helps to set ground rules that you can actually enforce.

Its all good. Yeah no burn out. My car is really loud these days when I have the exhaust open. (Dual mode). I did give it throttle for sure, but not WOT and no burn out.

That sucks the cops came. I'm not sure if it was for me or not. He was right there when I left, sitting with his lights off, he saw me leave for sure. So I would find it odd that he'd NOT pull me over but then go straight to the meet.

Anything happen?

Perks of driving American is you get pulled over rarely. My DSM must had a bullseye on it I couldn't see.

Cops came and made it known they were around... But that was it.

I didn't see your post until it was late or I would of brought my fat ass to your shop looking for bacon. Was 1/2 hoping to see the Spyker at KOP though.
