^Good point. LOOK AT THE WING ON THIS ALTIMA! What do people think when they do these things... if they came to my shop and asked me to put that thing on their 2008-2009 Altima, I would not even do it. I'd rather starve from lack of work than do that to a car...

Honestly not that hard for an older car like that if you know someone who does inspections. OBD1 cars only get a visual inspection.

All depends on where you live too for emissions and population density.

Earlier today, I was looking for a 97 Boxster, fun to drive, 201HP, RWD, lightweight. Lots of mods. For less than $9000. And actually reliable. And I came accross a real Porsche Cayman RACECAR. It has the roll cage, racing stripes, and decals, and stripped interior with pics of some of the races it has been in. Being sold for $55,000 with less than 7k miles. It had $120,000 put into it according to the seller.

LOL at emissions in PA. In nj, if u dont have a cat you can forget about passing emissions legally.
