Its not always a scam, a lot of times small shady places put the down payment as the price of the car... Which could be the case.

nah usually when they have random letters, numbers, or symbols in the title it is a scam. Another telltale sign is if there is very limited, generic information about the vehicle such as: *power windows and locks, gasoline engine, air conditioning, clean carfax,* etc with little or no other information.
