Burlington County College welcomes Comedian Carlos Mencia Sunday, February 19, 2006. Mencia is scheduled to perform LIVE at the Enterprise Center at BCC in Mount Laurel. Doors will open at 7:00 pm and the show will begin at 8:00 pm.

In his critically-acclaimed Comedy Central series, “The Mind of Mencia,” Carlos immerses the viewer in his unflinching take on the world. He has the unique gift of insightful perception and precise delivery when addressing a variety of subjects including ethnic stereotypes, racism and people’s inability to laugh at themselves. Mencia is also well known for his two solo HBO specials and concert tour, “The Three Amigos,” which he headlined in 2001-2002.

Tickets for this event are $10 for students with current ID and $15 for BCC faculty, staff, and alumni. No general admission tickets will be sold. A limit of 4 tickets per person may be purchased in either the Office of Student Activities on BCC’s Pemberton Campus, Laurel Hall on BCC’s Mount Laurel Campus, or BCC’s Willingboro and Mount Holly Centers. All attendees must be age 17 or older.
