question

i got a warning today for having tint that is too dark. (13%) the officer gave me the card and when he showed me the back, the inspection station section was crossed off and the officer said i have to peel the tint and go to the station within five days so they can verify that the tint is gone. are they allowed to cross off the inspection part? and does that stay on my record or not? i live in pa if that helps

yes if we want to verify it ourselves and your local we will have you come in, it's not a ticket unless you don't show up with the tint off
