In mint condition its worth between $15-20k....if you want to pay for such a vehicle. $5500 is our limit on this thing, so we'll see what happens. Two problems- 1) there were only ~1000 units imported until the mid 70's, so they just don't come up for sale frequently. 2)I have to go to Texas to get it since it is the only one I have seen available in the past 1 1/2 years.

It will be interesting. I'll have the only Mini Moke at a TST meet. It should look cool rollin' on 10's

Well 'Hatch, from what I gather from Mapquest and the twang in this dudes voice, he's at least 500-700 miles from anywhere important. I could not understand one thing that guy was talking about. I'll let you know if we get a winning bid.

No way. If I was 18 i would say Hell Yeh I'm drivin' it. I'm not sure if I'm Flying there and picking up a Uhaul or if I'm going to drive there in the Sprinter van and tow it with that. ~1500 miles each way.

The auction is over tonite and I won't have access to a computer 'til tomorrow afternoon. I'm bidding for a friend and hopefully we win. She'll probably drive it like twice a year and I'll have it the rest of the time to 'fix it
