That's...pretty freakin' cool. Final product isn't really my taste, but it looks like a scale Hot Wheels, so by default, awesome.

at first i was like wtf, but the last few pics actually show some quality workmanship. I think its stupid looking in the front, and with the wheels, but it looks like a hot wheels car so its cool by default.

i'd assume the foam was used to build a mold. kinda like how cars in the US are made out of clay first and molded from that.

not sure how aftermarket parts designers do it... maybe they use foam too

that sure is a lot of work. hope the guy wore a mask while cutting and shaving that much foam. thats **** is not good for your lungs. i applaud the effort but not a fan of the flow of the design.
