Tranny Rebuild

I have a JDMB16 trans with a factory diff, my 3rd 4th and 5th gear synchros are starting to go. I plan on buying the new synchro kir from Inline4 and was wondering if anyone knew of any south jersey shops that could do the work thats not gonna rape me on labor prices?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
