Onslaught Mode in BF2 having issues!`

So I paid 800 Microsoft Points for this new game mode which is awsome buy the way... when it works. I randomly crash when playing it and it has way too many issues with connecting to games... but I can play regualr multiplayer games all day long with no issues.

I love it but it doesn't work. I'm angry.

What is it? I haven't played BF:BC2 for a while because of they ridiculous lag online.

Its basically a 4 player coop rush mode against the computer... there are tons of them and they respond if you don't keep attacking fast enough. There are also vehicles on both teams at the same time.

I did notice there is a big of lag compared to COD but I really like the game itself better. I am a COD fan too, but this def was more exciting.

I actually just picked up Bad Company 2 a week or two ago and am a big fan. I nearly traded the thing in because I was constantly getting hit with laggy games and the "floating" effect from lag. After they put out a multiplayer patch or two it seems to have cleared up for me in the regular multiplayer games. I have noticed in my short time playing that the game does have it's fair share of bugs, nothing horrible but plenty of little things that should've been caught.

I think I'm going to hold off on the Onslaught DLC if it's acting like you were saying. I originally thought it was just co-op single player but Rush against CPU enemies could be fun. I don't really see why this needed to be paid DLC but I guess it's better then their Map Packs that are just standard maps being available in other game modes.

Don't get me wrong, I love the game. It worked GREAT for me until the very first patch that was supposed to fix "lag issues" that I wasn't having. In fact, that is when they started. Since then it has just made playing multi no fun. I haven't played in a while, though.
