size: big house lots of storage space

looking for a levelheaded/employed person, no drugs, you'll be living with myself, jasterM5, and WKderf. ample of parking, big back yard.

house: 4 bedrooms 2 full and 2 1/2 bath. living room, family room, tons of storage space. attached 2 car garage for occasional car work. swimming pool.

i do run a CC report. and there will be a lease ether 6mth or a year. This way both sides are protected.

Applicants will be subject to approval by house members.

I will add that there is a pool side bar with full soda system and Ice maker. We need to redo the plumbing on them but nothing too bad. This is a badass house.

What are you work schedules?
Are you partiers?
Do you have a living room?
Is everyone cool with first come first serve on living room?
Are you drinkers?
What are your thoughts on parties at the house?
Long term G/Fs that are similar to roomates for any of you?

- i'm 9 to 5 + on call.

- as long as i don't get complaints from neighbors or cops

Do you have a living room?
- two(2) living rooms (every room is wired for TV)

Is everyone cool with first come first serve on living room?
- i don't see an issue with this. some time in near future i'm planning on converting basement into another play room with theater and games.

Are you drinkers?
- somewhat (as long i don't have to clean up someone elses vomit i'm alright, and no pissing in the corner!!!!).

What are your thoughts on parties at the house?
- inform as to who, what where and how and we're golden. and please be considerate of your cohabitants. try to keep this to fri-sat type a deal everyone has a 9-5 jobs

Honestly, If it was in the exact opposite direction from where i need to go, That would be awesome. Somebody looking for a room in the NE should grab this up, its a good price too!

Are you partiers?
- Wheres the keg and when are we playing flipcup?

Do you have a living room?
- There are several.

Is everyone cool with first come first serve on living room?
- If you mean on the TV and stuff yes, Generally i dont think it would be an issue.

Are you drinkers?
- Casual, Don't really drink when not an occasion, unless i'm at the bar. But anyday can be turned into an occasion.

What are your thoughts on parties at the house?
- inform as to who, what where and how and we're golden. and please be considerate of your cohabitants. try to keep this to fri-sat type a deal everyone has a 9-5 jobs - Ditto

-when work isnt at an early time the next day - sure. otherwise im pretty laid back. its a home - not an animal house. but i like a good time just as much as the next guy.

I also agree with that. i think as long as each person recognises that the entire house is not personally theirs (except Auk113) and respects that - we should be fine

yes on females, is dog house trained and people friendly? I like dogs but I think JasterM5 has some kind of allergies to non hypoallergenic animals.
