Not sure if this is a re-post (If it is, delete it) but definitely a video worth seeing. Amazing looking car, especially the gauge setup. The price, on the other hand, is insane! I think Nissan had the right idea...big bang in a cheap package. To bad Lexus didn't try to do the same.

Just watched the episode last night.

Looks great, but the missed they mark with the price.

Your clip doesn't show the stig's run. It was the fastest wet lap and beat the F430, Mercielago, Koenigsegg, R8 etc..

It is, except I'd rather the Porsche. Hell, it's prolly cheaper at this stage of the game. And it doesn't have the stupid lease arrangement that the LFA will have in the US (which wisely deters people from selling them way above MSRP).

That's what's been reported. Only in America. Basically it delays title for 2 years or whatever the arrangement is, and then you have a pay out. This was reported a month or so back, but I'm not sure if it has been altered or clarified since.

It does one of two things. First, it enables Lexus to control more of the revenue instead of private secondary markets, meaning that they'll get more in the long run (and that's good considering they are losing money on this thing). And secondly, once those two years are up, it will boost the secondary market once the buyouts are completed. You can either choose not to buy, or buy and keep, or buy and sell. I bet you the latter will be the more popular option.

That car is so overpriced it's just nuts. It's not even that fast. I could get a Nissian GTR for 80 grand that is faster. Or hell get a Ultima GTR for 120 grand that is faster then anything on the road.

400 grand for a slow lexus is insane.

They better not throw a toyota badge on this thing and call it the new supra and $500,000 for this thing are you serious, ok i know they put time (alot of time into it 9 years is a long time) but still thats way too much $$.
