I'd have to say my fav is Beardyman.

Play list of clips using a "loop machine" to create beats and running with it. he's sick. his real beatbox stuff is just as nuts.

Not sure if this would be considered beat boxing but Dub FX is pretty sick too. He has the same thing going as beardyman. This guy actually makes some pretty amazing music and is a pretty amazing singer.
