hey guys does anyone know the lug pattern on the 2009 subaru impreza outback sports? and will 18x8.5" VOLKS CE28N's fit on my car?

Yeah pretty sure they are 5x100. Only current subaru that isn't should just be the sti.

18X8.5 should fit, just make sure not to get goofy with the tires.
