Possibly a bearing is going bad.

A bearing? Not to my knowledge.
Better to have them replaced.

Is it inside the cabin? A lot of times the linkages for the cable/rod get dry. Lube as many places as you can see moving with a white lithium grease and see if that fixes it. If it sounds like it is outside the car(under the car or hood) it could be the slave cylinder end or as George said, the throwout bearing/release bearing.

My nissan squeaks when I push the clutch down. I'm pretty sure it's the clutch cable, but it doesn't bother me enough to mess with it. Maybe I'll replace the cable when I replace my clutch.

There is lots of squeaky clutch threads on b15sentra.net & sr20forums, but no clear answers.
