I will do mine when I get home. It's real poor right now because I am still using onboard graphics. Been itching for a nice Core i7 setup though...I would love to run an obsurd amount of ram and let windows 7 cache the entire OS and all my running software!

I can't wait to be able to buy 4 gig DIMMS so I can run 16 gigs instead of the 8 gigs I'm running now. Right now it's enough to not have a paging file, so it's considerably faster.

I feel Windows has it all wrong.

My computer at home has 8GB ram, 1.6GB worth of video memory, 1TB hard drive and my score is like a 5.7 lol. My processor is what hurts me but still, a 5.7?!

The score is the lowest score from the window on the left. See mine? A 5 year old Seagate hard drive is holding a potential 7.1 score or higher. You can see where it's good and where it's not.

I also have 8 gigs of corsair memory, a quad core processor, 2 ATI 4850's in crossfire, a 1.5 TB slave data drive and that cheapo seagate because Linux broke my good WD Caviar drive. None of that matters to them lol. They don't even calculate an average.

It's always the lowest score. They literally take the lowest scoring device and that's your "performance" score. But, like any good geek will tell you it doesn't mean much. I posted a screenshot because I want people to post a screenshot since that tells a better story than just a number.
