wtf are you talking about? Most unclear post ever. Cutting out your resonator? Don't do it.

It would probably just make your car sound more like a honda. Which is the exact opposite of what you want.

Yeah, just to reinforce. Dont do it. No resonator = raspy as hell.

Your gonna pay a shop 80$ roughly, when you can get a catback on ebay for 150$ shipped.

I took out my res and I think my car sounds decent but it is a bit raspy, and I have a boosted motor...I would definately not do it to your car.

Yeah but the turbo itself quiets down your car, On the RSX if he took it out.....Well it would sound like a single engine cessna.

Fail.

The other one looks o.k., but you dont want to be putting ebay crap on you car.

I think it would sound fine. I know the f22 with no res/muffler sounds awesome.

F22 as in the S2000 motor or old Accord motor?

I'll assume s2000.

But the k20, from what i've seen, has a tendency to get raspy without one.

Just not worth it at all imo.

Practically no gains except an annoying sound. Wait until you have the cash to do a full header back with a quality header and 3in exhaust.

raspy is definitely not the way i wanna go. i think i will just save and get a headerback system, worth the wait and money imo.
