well, I was in New Jersey with a friend of mine, drove through a train station we were supposed to pick someone up at, find out she already got picked up. So we start driving home, we get followed by a cop for a while, then he finally pulls me us over. The car i was driving had tinted windows, so i put all the windows down as soon as we stopped. The cop came up to the car freaking out saying "im going home tonight" with his gun in his hand pointed at us. He told us to get out of the car, we did, he searched both of us, saw we had nothing. Sent me about 20 feet away and had my friend with his hands on the car.
THIS HAPPENED AFTER HE SEARCHED BOTH OF US AND SAW WE WERE NOT A THREAT.
He put the gun to the side of my friends head and said "so what were you guys doing in the train station parking lot"
I even let him search the entire car.
I know cop cars video tape when they have the red and blue lights on, ( i saw the camera in the car when i got a ride to the police station cuz the car got towed cuz of a suspended license )
I know in some states you have the right to get the video tape from that night, can you do that in New Jersey?
