Looking for a kitten for my gf for xmas. I would rather adopt one from someone then buy one from a pet store so let me know if you or anyone you know is looking to get rid of a kitten. The younger the better, lol, looking for one around 12-14 weeks.

go to philly PAWS (Philadelphia animal welfare society). They have a ton of kittens that NEED homes. their number is 267-385-3800. Again, please dont buy a cat when there are so many of them that are totally adoptable and will end up euthanized if they dont get adopted.

adopt an older one

3-4 years... not only will your g/f get a loving cat... you'll look like a god damn hero picking up an older cat that is harder to adopt and may ultimately get put down. I also hope this isn't a surprise to your g/f... b/c pets do NOT make good gifts unless they were planned... together...
