Help get me in shape...

I can't believe I'm breaking down and asking this. Well I'm a stick. I'm 2 and a half months from being 21 and this is the first time in my life really that I've broken 150 lbs.

So 20, 150 lbs, 6'1" tall. Yea...so impressive.

I don't want to bulk up, just really tone up. Usually when I get into a workout kick I do half-assed pushups and crunch's and then curl a 5lbs weight a lot after. Usually this works, but I get lazy and slack off.

I don't have time or money to go to the gym, and EXTREMELY limited gym equipment...

so muscle-heads of TST...help a stick out. Make him a toned stick.

roids. but seriously... ectomorphics FTL.

the only possible way is to eat a ****load of food. I'm talking a ****load. I'm also a stick @ 150lbs but I can lift my own body weight comfortably. I need at least 300g of protein a day just to gain a little weight because my metabolism is off the chart. I actually took a "weight gaining vacation" once from work but failed miserably. I think I gained 2lbs and went back down to my normal weight. whatever.

steroids make your testicles smaller because they no longer produce as much testosterone because you are introducing it into your body artificially, they have no effect on your dick

I got into DSM's and broke more transmissions and clutches than I can count. I am not even kidding, started doing clutches and such for side money and I went from barely lifting a trans up to being able to lift it up and slide it right onto the output shaft. Working on cars is good excersize but since it's winter I am just going to say do pushups, eat a lot of meat/soy or take a supplement, weighted situps (mummy hold a 25lb weight on your chest and do situps), and disconnect your P/S.

I left high school at 6' weighing 155lbs to 6'1" at 177-180. I could probably drop about 5-10lbs to be 100% sex machine but I have def. gained muscle since then by doing just the random stuff above. Sex is a good workout too, just make sure you don't let her do too much of the work- get freaky and work the muscles you didn't know you had.

They can down the line- atherosclerosis and other heart conditions that can be caused by steriod abuse (ABUSE) can lead to poor bloodflow which would directly result in a not so bone like boner. Would not make it smaller but it wouldn't allow it to reach it's full potential so it would seem that way. Same thing with smoking, if I know I have a date- no cigarettes for me.

So far my plan is to start the pushups, situps, and curls again...supplements and stuff, eh idk...I'm to old fashioned of do it the hard way.

I'd love to just work on cars more, but im way to mechanically illiterate. I barely can do stuff on my cars without running to my friend for help...but I'm trying to change that with the 240.

too old fashioned? you just admitted to being lazy about it. Your not going to achieve anything with your plan...

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wescott7.htm

I started doing this recently, and am getting back into the swing of things. The above should be your minimum regiment.

you don't need the gym, especially if you're not looking to bulk. And you sure as hell don't need steroids. Fact is being lazy isn't going to you anywhere. You have to be willing to work. Let me tell you, once you start seeing results, you will WANT to exercise. I used to be 6'3 @ 165. I'm now 6'3 @ 200lb, and getting in better shape each week. I used to do the gym. But for the past 6 months or so, I work out at home with:

1 curling bar
2 dumbells
high resistance band with door attachment
perfect pushup handles
about 80-100 lbs in weights that i interchange.

I do curls, dumbell hammer curls, dumbell tricep extensions, band curls and raises, and as many push ups i can handle. I do this 4-5 times a week, and each time it takes about 30-40 minutes.

thats a pretty sweet resource, but my lifestyle doesnt allow that much eating. I typically eat eggs for breakfast, lunch will be some fruit, typically like a pint of blueberries, lol, and i skip out on dinner unless i have fruit around the house or something. my breakfast and lunch take place at work typically. I also do the basic excersizes of wieghted crunches, push ups, and bend-crunches (bring your elbows to the left side of your knee or the right side -- thats my favorite).

what about back, shoulders, chest? Pushups are great, but thats not going to get your chest huge haha.

OP

You need to go to the gym, there is more equipment there than you will know what to do with.

You don't want to look like a gymnist with big arms and small shoulders, back, and chest. lol

BTW, if your only 150, how are you not 'tone' you must be really skinny, anything you have should look kinda ripped. Get on the sauce and don't look back, you should be able to put on 15lbs in your first cycle, AS LONG AS YOU EAT AND ACTUALLY GET DEDICATED TO WORK OUT.

but D....this guy said he doesn't have the time for the gym...and neither do I. I work full time, and have a disable child at home. I'm running all over the place constantly. So I workout at home when i can. I am not bulky at all dude, I am thin. So you're never everrrrrr gonna look at me and say "wow that dude has a nice chest, but his back is lacking" lol..

Obviously when i did go to the gym, i worked everything. If I ever go back, i will also. But now I just do this stuff because it's better than nothing.

I was just giving him some basics becuase he specifically said he doesn't have the time or money to go to the gym. I know how to workout, but when you're strapped for time and cash, you do what you can.

no I understand what you're saying, but if you have a bar and weight, invest in a bench that folds up to switch it up a little.

I'm sure they have flat benches that convert to incline/decline, as well as straight up for shoulders. You could do that with dumbels or barbell, you choose.

I am working on that dude, i just moved in a my house a few months ago...priorities man..priorities. lol

I do improvise as best as possible at home (dips, headknockers on my son's art/crafts table, etc..lol). if I get this job I'm hoping for, they have a gym on-site for employees and i won't have to worry about it.

to OP......if you wanna work out at home, and expect to see any results... you WILL have to invest in at least some basic equipment.
