TST Poll: How much sleep do you get? (WEEK NIGHTS ONLY!)

Well everyone knows that the recommended amount of sleep per night is 8 hours. But everyone also knows that unless you're old (lol.. kidding... kinda) sometimes you just don't get 8 hours per night.

So with that said, how much sleep do YOU get?

As for myself. I have to be up ass crack early (6-6:30am) to get to work... I try really hard to fall asleep by 2am. Usually Michelle is over late and we talk on the phone before bed, or wait for each other to get home... but 2am seems to be the time I fall asleep most consistently.

I really only get between 5 and 7 but since that's not an option and I get a few extra hours on my days off, I picked 6-8.

depends for me. yesterday i was in bed around 10, woke up 7:30ish. other nights i'm in bed at 12-1am or later. i try to get a full nights sleep, but i also try to get to the gym at 6-630am. except for recently because it's been way to cold for this hard body to be outside at 6 in the morning haha

I need a button for "not enough." My eratic schedule, fit around my fixed schedule, and I'm only home about 8-12 hrs a day, max. So between homework, eating, sleeping, and working on the whip, my schedule is near full some weeks, and some weeks it's near empty.

It really depends on how much homework I have to do and what else I need to do around the house. Usually it 6 hours, but on Tuesdays and Thursday I get my 8 hours of beauty sleep.

depends, if i have work the next day 4 hours, if i dont have work i can sleep up to 14 hours making up for the day before. id say average 6 hours

I typically get around 7 hours of sleep a night. I toss and turn a lot though, so I wouldn't say I'm well rested. There was a while where Keith and I were going to bed at, like 9 everynight. We're old.

Most work nights I am in bed by 12:30am and up by 8:30am. Weekends it can be anything from 4 hours to 12 hours per night lol.

i sleep alot. since all i'm doing is going to college right now, and all my class are after 4pm. the goverment is paying for my college (or, is supose to be, i'm expecting a huge back paycheck from them). i'm usual in bed around midnight 1 am, and sleep till bout 10ish.

im lucky to get a good 2-4 half of the time i just lay in bed and can't sleep. It blows, however i catch myself taking a nap here and there with my two year old. Heh

I go to bed at 11, I wake up at 4am. I get 5 hours a sleep a night.
