Wow , what a duesche bag. Someone find there address or house number for me. I want to talk to this kids father because I know his dad didn't write that email haha and if he did I want to tell him off.
I called the number the kid sent me but all I got was his voicemail so tst have fun.

Just reply back that you found somebody else to do business with and that you are not interested in dealing with him.

a.) douche, not duesche
b.) Telling him off isn't gonna solve anything
c.) Him spelling advertise with a 'z' FTW.
d.) You shouldn't post their phone number or the kid's e-mail address because encouraging people to harass a kid isn't cool. It makes you look like an ass.
e.) I don't know of any laws you'd be breaking, if you never agreed to the $3500 cash, you never entered into a contract.
f.) The only place I saw $3500 mentioned was the title, so you could say you were just stating what it was worth. I didn't see anything that said "$3500 or trade" just stuff about trades. So unless you edited the ad, I don't know what the dude is talking about.
g.) Contact him and talk to him about it - say his kid didn't understand the terms of your sale and that you aren't going to outright sell. Never a good idea to sell to anyone under 21 as it is, without parental consent. Contracts can usually be voided by the minor, not sure if it's applicable to car sales though.
h.) You, nor the guy you're speaking with should be threatening to find addresses. That's harassment.

The only actual thing that i can think of regarding law is from contract law called reasonable reliance.

If you said "the car is yours" and then that kid went and sold his car to make the money to purchase yours and then came back and your car was sold to someone else, he could legally make you compensate him...BUT that didn't happen, so no worries.
