Hanz @ GZP. WTF?

Yo Hanz, What the fucc is going on at your shop man. Im trying to give yall the benefit of the doubt, but yall keep fuccn with me.
As per our conversation last tueday {8/19/2008} (which might not have existed if that little kid did not answer the phone) you said you were finishing up on a car and was going to pull mine in right after. Since then i have called your shop and cell phone every day to get a status on my car. I am yet to get a call bacc or a PM. Ya girl got my job number and extension in her pm box.

Now this is where I get pissed the fucc off. Ive been calling both phones all day{8/25/08}. I decided to call bacc to bacc and guess what happened? Some one must have pressed the wrong button or something, but someone answered the phone, I could hear ya girl talking to some dude in the bacc ground, so i put her on hold and called the cell, someone answered then hung up. Now when i call the shop i get a busy tone. What the fucc is really going on? Am i being ignored?

Oh and ya girl was on tristatetuners on friday trying to sell cars, but she cant return a pm? One of you need to call me before this day is out.

is your k button broken?

yeah it probably wont do much good if you show up late tonight but if they run a professional shop and have business hours they should be honest and there. Have people had trouble with this place in the past?

Busy. We have not really been answering the phones lately, we're re-organizing the entire garage right now.

We can not do any Dyno tuning at the moment. We sent out one of the motors for the dyno that moves the rollers back and forth, to get rebuilt. Until we get that back, we can only do 2wd dyno pulls/tuning.

Sad story? no. Just busy.

If we stopped working every one of the 20+ times you've called... We'd never get anything accomplished... and that includes your car.

When the kid picks up his car, and we can get it off the lift, then your car will be in. We ran into a few unexpected delays. It happens. I apologize.

As far as "accidentally answering" the phone... I have no idea. I found a phone off the hook for over 20 minutes, not a clue what happened. I've been busy moping and sweeping the shop for the last 3-4 days.

Hopefully soon. If you want to give a call later in the week, hopefully we'll have heard something from the repair place.

We're here usualy from around 9am... till late. It's 7:15, and we'll be here probably for another few hours.

We're COMPLETELY re-arranging the entire shop, adding at least one, possibly 2 lifts, just hired 2 and 1/2 more employees last week, got our other mechanic back from being sick for nearly a month... and we're playing catch-up.... So, the phones have really not been getting answered, because no one is around to answer them.

no but everytime i see a thread about your shop its either some weird story about someones car getting broken into or someone stalking the shop or you guys not picking up the phone. if u want respect as a shop...customer service is a place to start.

and that all stems from a good employee base. Can't have good customer service, when the work isn't being done/done properly. Which I think we've finally found 2 great mechanics. Hopefully things will come together soon, and stuff can actually get done on time, and done well.

Dude numbers are meaningless without a baseline, whats the point??Different dynos read all over the place and most likely you will not hit your tuned cells right on a dynojet, it's just a free rolling drum. If anything look for a mustang or dyno dynamics dyno and compare to other cars, or save yourself the trouble and go to the track for once!! If everyone else can do it, so can you! Quit worrying about something breaking and drive it! I'm not trying to give you a hard time because your my peepz but Keith I think it's time To measure power you don't even need to launch, trap speed is a more accurate measure of power then a dyno when driven correctly..

Seriously???. thats bad practice to make your customers suffer while you take on a project like that!

this is the same old timeless story about your boyfriend shop emelie. every single person i know that has delt with you guys says that your unreliable and shady, and that goes for happy customers of yours that will only take their car there while the sit there and watch you people tune it.

Everyone tru2blu got his car off ground zero performance for a ripoff price.. the agreement was that they were going to fix some of the countless things wrong with the car

i noticed a blown rear turbo.. the car broke up in high rpms ( not spark blowout either) and the rest of the car seemed to be frankenstiend together from random shop parts

emelie and hans are baned from 3si.org and almost every 3s owner i know in the area doesnt like them.

personally i have never had a problem with them.. i have partied with them, seen their cars. but all these shady storys are pissing me off where ill go out of my way to keep poor people away from them....

bottom line is.. cars sit at gzp all the time.. they avoid you and make countless excuses.. i have heard of cars sitting there for a year...

bull****.. they should be banned.

THAT is why his car is sitting. We can't sit around, with his car as a priority, when he's changed his mind 5 times already, whether it was financially motivated, or he just had a change of heart. Once he finally made a decision, we scheduled it in. We have a very long waiting list to get cars in the shop. And what we do, is not in-and-out oil changes. Big jobs, run into issues, and get delayed. That's just the way it is. If he wanted immediate in and out service, he should have taken it to a jiffy lube.
