I would say yes.. new belts. They are cheap dude. MAX $10 at Autozone

If it's the belts themself this may seem funny but throw some baby powder on the belt while the car is on. It'll take that squeel right away. Downside you get baby powder in that area upside is it'll stop it for a little till you can get a new belt on there.
