As the title states speeding on a public road around 10pm ish. Posted speed was 45 cop said I was supposedly going 90. I looked down at my speedo when he was coming and it said 68. Court date is scheduled soon. I don't have any tickets on my record except for one that was dropped last year for failure to grant right of way(from three years ago).
I'm also in the military, anything you think they can do to reduce or drop the fine?

You can always plead not guilty go to court and ask if you can plead guilty to a lesser charge. or you can pay the ticket.

Do you know the fee's associated to speeding in CT? Lets say 50 over the speed limit? Also its a summons which means im forced to go to court.

Sorry have know Idea you have to call the court in the town the summons was issued in.

What does accelerated pre-trial rehabilitation mean? And what is involved in it base on CT law?
