Yup. Same engine that will be in the Sky. 250hp intercooled turbo. Looks to me that the engine has room for a better manifold too. Dual exhaust + 6spd.

GM just announced that they will be supercharging the Solstice/Sky for 2007, no turbo. I guess they made test mules of both setups and decided on the supercharger...

No, hahaha. They did tests for both and settled on the turbo. It performs better and they have less problems with it.

Correct. After all the problems they've had with the supercharger on the IRL's, they decided to test the turbo. Turns out, much more reliable.

No offense to IRL owners, of course, who I know have been having some problems with theirs...but not after the 5 or 7 ECU reflashes....
