its also be tuned by ray its getting a 6mt this month and new slipstreems i hope injectors and the fule pump and a new fmic soon and a retune

i dont want to make make 1 again i got to get a few more things un till i chill with it and save up money to do forged internels but shhhhh fully built ej20 no ej25 i want to be difrent

sorry but i've got to vote against the built 2.0... you dont see them because it doesnt make sense. take the extra displacement since you can, no reason not to. otherwise looks like a pretty solid plan.

the 2.5 will be better for road race or autox. something i've learned over time... being different means spending TONS more and probably not making out better than the 'common path'. there's a reason that the 2.5 is a common upgrade... it makes sense and it works, better than any other options out there.
you can buy a stock sti longblock for a lot cheaper than a properly built forged motor and it will make 400 whp all day long with a great powerband... much much better than a 2.0 could have.

I did the 2.5 hybrid and couldn't be happier. I too was going to go built 2.0 and it's not worth it. My car rips as on the 2.5 and spools a bigger turbo faster than the 2.0 spooled my smaller turbo!

I would def do a 2.5 if you have the chance.
