anyway he was banned for SUPPOSIVELY selling a car for another member on here. When in fact he WAS NOT. The Moderators jumped the gun and automatically assumed because he is friends with this other member to ban him. SO here how the real story goes. LJ Bought the car from his friend , with plans to drive it while paint his s13 and doing the motor swap. About two days later his dog became sick, very ill, and had to take him to the vet and get emergency meds. The bill racked up and so LJ has to get rid of the car. Its certain times like that when you should be willing to help a member out so he can make a quick deal and he can get on with his life. I think this is a prime example of how more strict this forum has gotten also. I dont think the gun should have been jumped on a member who has been arround for such a long time and obviously knows the rules.

The rules have not changed in a long time, and the moderators only execute what the rules say.
Whatever you think you know about the situation, you dont. It doesnt concern you, is none of your business, and is not of public concern. If you were actually interested in making a change you would have contacted a moderator privately to get down to business and try to deal with the situation, but that is obviously not what will happen if you make a dramatic thread about it. Unfortunately most of the people here only see a fraction of what goes on and they think they know everything, but they don't. The moderating team does a lot of work behind the scenes to keep things organized and running smooth, and doesn't get the respect or appreciation we deserve. We're here because we want to make the forum the best it can be, and trying to say its a power or control issue is laughable. We are here to provide for you, so that you can use and enjoy this forum for free, asking nothing of you in return at all. Giving us the benefit of the doubt every now and again is the least our members could do. In the future anyone that has any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me about them and we can talk... do not start a thread about it.
