I have a couple of questions. In the states of PA/NJ, are hood required? I ask because it is common to see pictures of cars on the internet driving around without hoods. Is that even legal? Also, is there a minimum height for headlights around these parts(like in CA)

Yes the engine must be covered as for lights headlight must be white in color and can not be above the hood of the vehicle.

ok, thanks. I just wanted to make sure there wasnt some kind of stange minimum height for headlights.
