Harrassed by a possible NJ LEO in PA

I got out of work today(5/30) at 3:30pm. I take the PA Turnpike to and from work each day. Today as I'm getting to the booths I notice a Ford Crown Vic with Jersey tags getting on. As always I do the once over on the car. No Police Interceptor badge, no black rims,what can be best described as a srting of christmas lights on the back window deck, a dog in the back seat(boxer), shirts hanging off the dog partition between the seats(thing more of a cage than the standard lexan/plexi full partition)!!!!.... what looked like a dell sitting on the laptop stand and an "A" pillar light.

I use EZ Pass lane he's in a different combo lane. I proceed to get on and merge into traffic and get to the left lane and get on my way. He's not in sight. After a mile or so a slow car in the left lane refuses to move over so I pass him on the right using the center lane and resume my previous speed. Within the next half mile to a mile, I see the slow car and others who moved over into left lane beginning to move to the center lane because the Crown Vic has his high beams on. I then notice he is using the A pillar light to flash at people if they are not moving out of the way.

By this time I'm not slowing down but I'm moving to the center lane to let him pass. He then crawls right up my ass in the center lane, I figure it's because of the traffic in the left lane so I then move to the right lane to give him room to pass the left lane traffic. No he decides to jump back into the left lane and force his way through the pack with his light. I however made more progress in the right lane and got back out into the left lane ahead of him and when I notice he's there I move back to the middle lane. He again jumps right behind me and up my ass. I grabbed my cell phone and figured I'd call 911 to see if they could help as at this point I'm unsure he is or isn't a cop and and if he isn't my CCW is home all safe and sound.....

I guess when I jammed on my brakes to get a plate number he noticed I was on the phone because then he backed off into my blind spot on the left and hung there till I hit the brakes again to be sure of the plate number when I gave it the TP police. Didn't seem like he wanted to stick around after that because he sped up enough where I had to catch up again before I got off the exit for home.

I assume he wasn't a cop or he'd have followed me off the exit... Looking back I'd also think that by the way he was driving recklessly and if in fact he had wanted to pull me over he would have hit the lights.

I also didn't see any lights in the grill or on the dash, believe me he was close enough that I could count the bugs if I needed to. Also no antennas besides an old crappy bent over trunk mount cell phone antennna..... Damn I forgot his plate number......**** it was _ _ _ - 10H

Sounds like a Jersey Vol. Firefighter with a cop fedish.
