thats gonna require taking the thing apart I think. however, if its new, I would send it back to the Manufacturer and have them remove it ( and ask for your DVD to be sent back too). If it doesn't have a warranty on it anymore, Take it apart, remove the DVD, put it back together and hope it doesn't happen again.

i have had 2 single din dvd players with the flip out screens where the cd or dvd sometimes gets stuck in it and wont come out.
what i do , which probably isnt the safest way, but works, i basically get another cd, and put it in and kinda push down on the cd in there, or flick it up, and then it comes out just fine. its almost like the mechanism inside is locked or something. i dunno tell me if that works. |
