Brake issues

I recently replaced a rear caliper, front and rear pads, rotors and braided brake lines and now the rear calipers aren't releasing all the way. What could cause calipers not to release all the way? I have a rs so i don't have abs

did you silicone the slide bolts before you reinstalled them? Its not nessescarily the problem, but if the caliper is getting hung up on the slide bolts, its possible
