My friend got a fine in the mail with the picture of him blowing a red light in Pa. Can people get points for that? B/C it was in Philly authorized by the parking Auth.

But the company who monitors & makes sure the cameras are correct & are NOT malfunctiong to the best of thier knowledge ARE FROM OHIO.

From what I have been told its a moving violation so you can get points.
