they could be knockoffs in the pics.
volk has RAYS stamped on the rim edges along with other stuff

the older te37's don't have those stampings.

i was going by the blue valvestem which i'm pretty sure used to be standard.

Might have been a bulk buy from a supplier. Judging by those fenders, the tires and rims are probably massive.
